I scored today at a little shoe show I attended. Lookee here what I found for y’all!

ooooh baby…a sexy flat sandal with baubles, bangles, & beads! actually white pearls, beads, & shells….this’ll look great with your spring/summer-tanned legs.

the cowboy bootie y’all are lovin’…..they’re all over new york city and beyond, and I’ve got more .comin’ yer way in a red suede and faux leopard skin…..these’ll be a-dorable with skirts, shorts, leggings, and capri’s!

who didn’t beg me to bring back the sergio tomani heel?…so check this out! they’re coming back…plus a really really comfy mule! four colors comin’ yer way: black, khaki green, red and blue. boulyah!

and for fall….I didn’t have enough of these boots to make you happy, so I’m bringing them back in for ya! a new shortie and the molly. oh boy…but not ’til fall gals!

A great thing happened last week: my friend Goran visited me from Sweden. We last saw each other when we were 18 years old. 41 years ago. We visited old Detroit stomping grounds, including the DIA:

It was a wonderful reunion but I’m now back to work reuniting with all the goodies that surround me!

This is my friend Jess Constable, a jeweler and writer, now living in Chicago. She worked in the store several years ago while finishing undergrad school at UofM. I believed in her then….and even more so now! Her jewelry business has grown by leaps and bounds plus she’s developed a blog that reaches out to people world-wide: makeundermylife.com.

Every now and then, Jess calls on me for advice on how to get through some of the little and the not-so-little steps she’s taken since her move to Chicago. She’s become so successful, I often forget our age difference and thus the life experiences I am able to share with her.
